Francisco Joaquin Perez Rufete is a Spanish football player who currently features for the Spanish football club Espanyol. He is a midfielder who has tremendous dribbling and passing skills. He mainly functions on the wings.

He was a regular for Valencia and played 132 league matches for Los Che.
In the summer of 2006 he was signed by Espanyol and has picked up the thread where he left it off at Espanyol.
